I’m not a big fan of the franchise, or slasher films in general, but I liked this film, this character, and had an idea for a drawing of him in my head that struggled to get out. I have another version that ended up being more a straight up portrait, and the version in my brain made me toss it and draw again from scratch. I drew legs, too, but this cropping makes a stronger character image I feel. I have sketches of him holding the mask, but ended up going with the knife instead.
