Yesterday was the 60th anniversary of King Kong vs. Godzilla, a film that really influenced me as a creative person, and my comics directly. Fitting that I have been drawing Kong so much in recent days, and watching Godzilla films always. William and I started a watch through of the 30-something Godzilla films at the beginning of the pandemic… last night was Tokyo S.O.S., third to last of the Japanese films. An average entry, I much prefer the previous one, Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla.
