Please enjoy and feel free to point out any typos, lol. I think I caught them all. This is the final version of all pages, unless mistakes like typos are caught before I submit to the printer.
Now the only thing left to decide is how many to get printed. I've decided not to do a kick starter, I will be able to put printing costs onto my credit card. I will save my crowd funding mojo for a future moment.
Also, please do not share this url. I am putting it here free to read for my patrons only!
