This may very well be a retcon, I may have drawn Doug as uncut back in Hard to Swallow, but this detail is important to the larger story and I can change that physical detail from a dozen years ago if‘n I want. Lol. if you need continuity, let’s say he got drunk between now and then and got paid by a circumcision fetishist to get the snip!
