Not a Cintiq, which is a digital pen where you draw on the screen, but the one where it’s just a pen on a big hard mousepad. It was as a learning curve, so much better than just using a mouse, but so much worse that actually drawing on the screen. Nowadays I just use an iPad.
Anyway, this was for Unzipped, who I illustrated many articles and fiction pieces for. This story involved Vampires and Werewolves, as you might have guessed. One large 2 page spread, and 2 spot illustrations. Sex could be implied, but not shown explicitly, i.e., no penetration, no bodily fluids.
I will post more of these in the future!
