Warm up sketch
Added 2021-04-02 05:26:45 +0000 UTCIt’s Toshiro Mifune’s birthday so I drew him today.
So I consider this a failure as a warm up... I struggled with it, started over, and then struggled again, spent about 4 times as long as I should have and then am still unhappy with it!

I don’t want to post something that I’m not happy with.
This is the hard part of doing these quick daily things. They are great practice, good content, get me warmed up, get attention on social media, but sometimes (and often) get too unwieldy.
I need to keep them fast!

I recognized the subject before I read the caption, so it's a success. As soon as I saw it, I thought, "That looks like Toshiro Mifune". Turns out I was correct.
