At one point I had plans to do a motion comic animation of this story, and had a soundtrack planned out... the first two pages would have been the aforementioned "human fly" by the cramps, and on this page after the WHUMP! it would have gone into "constant fear" by Bohren & der club of gore.
oh, bonus points if you can read the tombstones. It semi-references a previous unpublished piece about how many of my favorite celebrities died in 1999.
