Hey Y'all! 

So in the script for this, the chieftain has a name of Pig-Uutra. Who knew he had such a juvenile art sense? I wonder what the bathroom stall walls look like. At least it gets the point across. 

Whatcha all been up to? How is the pandemic treating you? My shop is still under orders for closure, being a "personal service" that isn't essential and requires breaking quarantine social distancing. Hopefully things will be different soon, but I am not holding my breath. We were allowed to open back in July, and my co-worker (it's just me and one other tattooist) did see clients, but since you could look at the numbers and see that this was all wishful thinking on the part of the governor and mayor and that it was in no way any safer than before--- L.A. was spiking in cases and deaths at the time--- I decided to wait and not go back. Well things got worse and the Governor and Mayor rescinded their opening "phases" and called for hot spots, such as Los Angeles, to close entirely again. It's now been 6 months and I don't know when things might change. I know my co-worker is starting to get desperate for money and may "go rogue" but I really don't think I will do so until it's safe. If this is the new normal I may just give up the shop. How long do you pay rent on a business that is sitting empty? Lol. I'll hold on as long as I can, doing okay at the moment, and my Patreon support has definitely helped. 

I've been playing some video games. I played Okami again, and Fez. I am currently replaying Siren, an insanely difficult and obtuse japanese survival horror game, that I really love the lore of. I will likely do some fan art put it on stuff in my Etsy shop, since it is an obscure yet beloved j-horror title with no merch out there available, and that's my self appointed masochistic niche. 

I've also built up a home gym, buying way overpriced dumbbells online (everyone is doing the same, so the equipment is hard to come by now). I had gotten into running again, and started sprinting but pulled my hamstring and before it was fully healed, fire season started and now we can't even go outside and breathe the air! Can't wait for it to clear enough to get back into it... it was my only regular time outdoors that wasn't anxiety filled shopping trips where you are forced to see your yahoo idiot neighbors here in the OC who believe covid is a hoax. Sigh.

Back to drawing! I have a half-dozen thank you sketches to get to and some fan art and some sexy doodles, as well as pg.10 of Loose...
