I wanted to really divorce it visually from reality to focus on the feelings. Obviously, this is about my dog. I didn't really realize until this happened how I'd never had any bond approaching this between us, in pure honesty and closeness, much less in length. I know I had said I was going to write happy stories about him... but I really wasn't prepared for this loss. This is me writing about that.
Page 2 will be up soon, as well as character sketches for the Vulture. I also owe a new patron a welcome sketch.
