When I was working on Velvet Collar, I was interviewed by a writer for an online magazine geared towards the sex-working industry. I was recently contacted by that author again... they had been selected to write a chapter in an academic book on sex workers, said chapter focusing specifically on representation in graphic media. They asked for more material from me and I had mentioned that my current short story was right up their alley... so hopefully this will get some academic mention as will Doug's sex work in Stray Bullet and John, I'm Only Dancing.
I will keep all y''all posted with any news :D
