Hey hey! only 2 days behind schedule this time. I'm not catching up anytime soon: in fact, I am getting behind on issue 2 of Velvet Collar, so I expect to continue to be late until I am early one week because of time being a loop. I had a pretty busy week tattooing this past week and as a result my other 3 or 4 jobs fell behind, lol.
The original version of this story had Jay and Doug meet sometime before the story began, so things like Jayson's leg were not explained. Changing it to have their first actual interactions be "on camera" meant it would come up in conversation, and on this page Jayson gives a joke reason for his limp that is a bit of a nod to the guy I based him on. I had chosen a random guy who's pic I had saved because I wanted to draw him. Sometime after drawing him into the opening clinic scene, I found in discussion that one of my tattoo clients actually knows the guy, and that he is a professional dancer in a Vegas show that is meant "for the ladies". Hence, the joke.
Next page is what trouble the Ghost Skater is getting into unsupervised online, then back to an increasingly sexy and furry climax to issue one.
