Uranai: "Ooh, okay, that is wholesomeπ€" π I know what you meant but I laughed.π Denji was able to achieve his dream of hugging a girl. Pochita was the best with his funny noises π. The lore here is very interesting! Watching this episode reminded me, and I can't believe I didn't realize before, that last year after the announcement of the anime Tatsuki Fujimoto put out a new one-shot web manga story called Goodbye, Eri, the first time I was exposed to his work. The characters here have a certain vibe to them that is similar to Goodbye, Eri, as it would be because Fujimoto has a certain style of writing, darkly funny and irreverent, entertaining but also with a lot of heart and compassion behind it, which I like and appreciate. Also, after seeing the opening I see and now appreciate even more that Fujimoto must be a huge, huge fan of movies, as in Goodbye, Eri movies play a certain role, which will be obvious. The way he has incorporated that theme is very original and entertaining in these works so far. I highly recommend anyone that wants a one shot story to read to check out Goodybe, Eri to give it a try, it isn't the same genre as Chainsaw Man but Fujimoto said that is the kind of story he likes to write the best. It is incredibly good, and to me now it is obvious he is an amazing writer, he made a fan out of me. He wrote one more one shot before called Look Back, which I hear is quite something too, so I am going to go read that tonight.
