But after reading the novel, the actual reason why the ptsd is progressing is because he now has his "found family" that he wants to protect and is scared for. #2. The person named "Aras" is Dora's lover who is away doing something. We have already seen him. I won't say who it is just incase you haven't figured it out yet. #3. The thing about the women not showing emotion, it is usually the case with women of the palace because their relationship with their spouse is more political and status related rather than actual feelings related.
