So many tragic characters in this story. Jiang Chen has always been one of my favorites coz he's very human. Lack of love and acceptance from his parents really affected to all his choices. And I like how wei ying one again is not painted as a clear cut hero but someone deeply faulted, too. These shortcomings make characters so relatable (and lovable.) I guess lan zhan continues be the epitome of perfection here. Despite of all the crap thrown at him up till now, he kept enduring it without cracking down completely.
