I had hoped to be done with it by now, but sincerely, researching for this just makes my soul hurt. It was so much easier to just ignore it and think "what the hell does anything I do have a chance on making a difference" and go back to trying to have a satisfying life. The political world is just hopeless, but for once there is a candidate who isn't a part of this whole ball of crap I am describing here... the first time a candidate for president in my lifetime has been someone I really want as president, not just a vote because it's what you are supposed to do, and then for the lesser of two evils. And to see how this candidate is treated... even by fellow "democrats", when he is doing this FOR US and not out of ambition... it makes me wonder if we even deserve to survive as a species.
Anyways, I've had to take several days completely off from even thinking about it because it makes me so sad.

2016-04-25 00:43:49 +0000 UTCWow, they should look at news coming from the BBC or other reliable European news agencies for a more balanced global picture. They'll be shocked at the way the rest of the world sees them. Don't look at Australian sources because they're all following the US's lead.

The media is so biased, it is really not surprising that people buy into it all. But jeez, I have lost clients and friends because I speak up against the propaganda.

Not that we're perfect. Far from it. And we still face big business planning this sort of crap all the time. At least with these incidents you give the world something to fight against before it has a chance to happen elsewhere. I guess it's leading by bad example. Fight the good fight Dave.
