Added 2016-04-03 02:32:28 +0000 UTCI didn't think there'd be so much unpacking in the time since 9/11, but I suppose it makes sense. I'll see if I can't get out of this decade with the next one.
Note: I corrected a spelling error, and Dubya's quote. Seems I remembered it as less strong language than it actually was.
