Not to undermine the importance of nmj & jgy backstory, I'm glad we're moving forward - things started to drag a bit during the last 2 episodes. I know I'm totally being biased here, too, cos we're moving one my favorite parts of the story xD Thank you for the reaction!

Also(as in the last episode) I did not see that Meng Yao deliberately played in a conversation with nmj
This is more like the last attempt to achieve a positive result in the dialogue about the motivation of Meng Yao himself.
Decision to kill nmj still undecided, hope for rapprochement is still in the heart
