It's a little embarrassing to read this now, I was so naive about dogs and dog training, but to be fair to myself, I had never heard of Cesar Millan at this point. After my experience with Jane Doe and later with a roommate's dog, I became determined to learn as much as I could about dog behavior and, If (when) I got another dog, I wanted to be the best owner I could be.
