The Dragon Masquerade shows they had the mind link for 6 months while Saria was still alive. Saria died in 477, and the current year is 482, so around 5 years ago. Natani's currently 13 years old, so even if Saria died soon after to make Nat as old as possible, he'd still be 8 in TDM, more likely 7 or even 6 when taking into account that Trace and Saria weren't even courting then. If my math checks out then according to the keidran age charts, that would make Youngtani the same age or slightly older than Maeve currently is.
