2024-08-18 23:57:05 +0000 UTCHaving raised a litter of baby squirrels myself once, found in my boyfriend's chimney and unable to be returned to momma squirrel, I can confirm that squirrel cuddles are very snuggly, but also very small. :) And when they grow up they want nothing to do with you. They are wild animals, after all.

Could be fun to see Maren struggle as she tries to adapt with squirrel's life (climbing trees, feeding, walking) but everything not so bad, she could maybe like being stroked by Sythe.
