Issues w/ Patreon - Please READ!

As excited as I am about all the new content I'm bringing to Patreon this week, it saddens me to hear that there have been GLITCHES in notifying me of new pledges and some issues with the payment processing patron's pledges.
I send out my main Patreon rewards personally to each of you - if Patreon doesn't notify me of a new pledge I won't know to send your rewards. Please message me directly here on Patreon if you don't receive your rewards within 24 hours!!
If your card has gotten charged multiple times or incorrectly charged for a tier that you did not intend to join, I will personally issue the refund for the duplicate charge - just let me know and I'll do my best to take care of you. Note if I have already sent you your rewards, I will not be able to refund you unless it is for a duplicate charge.
This rocky month for Patreon has been hurting all of it's creators (like me!) and I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep sending out awesome rewards and keep you all happy because your support seriously means the world to me.
