As best I can tell from watching my cats (sadly, none of them skateboard) and my own experience as a skateboarder back in the 70's, I believe the digitigrade legs/feet, combined with feline instincts plus a tail for extra balance, would be an advantage.

Shirts and pants keep the police and nervous neighborhood nannies from overreacting. But skater punks know how to toe those lines without crossing them
