One of Sythe's ancestors used a similar tactic against the Pirate Queen of the Fox Coast to essentially bring an end to the Second Vulpo-Wolven War. Of course, other historians argue that the war truly ended because the Pirate Queen was forced to quit her privateering ways in order to raise a surprise litter of folfs. Sythe's ancestor made a point to never take credit for this portion of the truce.
