Half-Dragon Meet-Up

*Adrakist just means dragon worshiper, aka "A drake-ist".
Just to be nit-picky, Wrinry is not an Adrakist. In the series she was planned for long ago, she was simply a dragon cursed into a mostly-human form. But she did inspire Sarah's design in the actual comic.
Final note, most Adrakists don't transform themselves to look like dragons. Most are normal people who just have a great appreciation for the dragons. Sarah is... uniquely passionate in her dragon fixation. An Adrakist Zealot, if you will. Her and the others in the "become dragons" sect are the reason why Adrakists have a reputation for being crazy.
