It's a flawless mana crystal amulet given to Clovis by Brahn in payment for staging the attack on Edinmire that raised tensions between the Templar and the Wolves. Presumably, it maintains the illusion spell that allows Clovis to appear male without having to waste regular mana crystals. It's probably does some other neat stuff, too, lol.
