This reminds me of iCarly when she comes to school wearing a turtleneck and the principle says she can't wear it, then gibby walks in shirtless and there's no problem. And not only that, but my brother ran into a similar scenario in high school. Our high school had this "spirit week" where each day was themed. One of those days was "decades day". My brothers grade had the 80s so he went all out: he grabbed an old sony radio from our garage (still works), some croptop shirt, and wore these absolutely obscene short-short-shorts that were practically underwear. So he just swaggers in like this and the principle stops him, and it goes like this. Principle: I'm sorry, but you can't wear that in school. It's against dress code. Bro: oh. Ok. Well, I thought so. I got a change of pants in my backpa- Prnc: No. Not the pants. That shirt. Bro: ... Bro: ...oh...ok Prnc: thank you.
