2025-11-03 15:03:53 +0000 UTCI can't explain how funny it is that for the past 300 episodes Carson for some reason thought Law's ability is to "stop death" when he cuts people. When that's not been a thing. What he does is be able to cut stuff without that cut making people bleed and without interrupting the connection between the severed organs. And instead his devil fruit has one suicidal ability that instead grants eternal life/youth.

It's like a flashback within a flashback within a flashback - there are layers to this bad boy. Also, weird thought, but bearing this episode in mind - Doffy is kind of the evil version of Nico Robin, if you think about it. Has access to information that the World Government doesn't want them to know? Check. Dead parents? Check. Has been displaced from their homeland since they were around 8-10 years old? Check. Seemingly on-the-run and dodging assassination attempts for just as long? Check. Having "Demon" as part of their epitaph? Check. Surrounded by 'found family'? Check. Much to think about lol. It honestly makes me wonder if Doffy ever crossed paths with Robin at some point or maybe tried to recruit her since we know she did a lot of bouncing around before finding the Strawhats.
