You are very correct, Carter! They're saying "kintama", which means golden ball but also means...gonads (or nuts or balls or family jewels but like slang). Kinta wouldn't know when Momo is saying "kintama", there's a whole bunch of context behind it. For him it's just...Okarun's gonads or some form of dirty talk, lol. Which isn't incorrect??? Also, he slid a little wordplay in there with his name when he said, "Don't give up, Kinta"; he said this-> "Kinta (ma) keruna". In the manga, they just put "pure beef" for some reason. π
Gintama, is one of my favorites because of these kinds of jokes.
