I think it’s like how he separates body parts from someone like shown in saobody and the people are still able to move their ligaments and talk and everything. Like he has the heart entrapped in a different dimensional space? I forget if his DF was explained in saobody arc, but that’s my theory for now. Great Fight choreography. I always took smoker for granted because he was introduced so early in OP, but he is actually pretty strong.

2025-06-23 10:38:56 +0000 UTCI think when Law changed their identities it showed hearts as just a visual aid. It looked like a cartoony heart, not like a real heart. I don't think he literally swapped their hearts. But I could be wrong idk.
