It was Patty who was about customer service (if they have money), and Sanji was more gritty because people who are fed (not starving) are satisfied. But yea I love how One Piece puts two ideals against each other many times in the story. Even thought there is usually one ideal that is supposed to be the "winner", the other side is usually given a fair fight, or at least is shown to come from some place of common sense.

In the past there was instances where he'd burn himself, and since he's been more careful and slowly blows over it, happened in Shakky's bar for example. Now he's drinking almost elegantly lmao.
