Robin saved him twice and the other was a miracle water ball. Mihawk beat Zoro with the worldโs smallest sword. Never fought Boa. Took 100 shadows and the power of hope and the sun to beat Moria. Lost unconditionally to Kuma. Jimbei clearly stronger than him. OP power scaling is a useless battle but I think this one was flat out wrong

2025-02-08 05:30:23 +0000 UTCYou have to keep in mind that the navy doesn't actually have a power level reader that they can just categorize everyone in. Warlords are titles that get given for reputation more than anything. You can see that Blackbeard just wants to capture Luffy or ace so he can get that title, but the navy doesn't actually know how strong he is. Crocodile was a notorious pirate with a seemingly strong devil fruit that had a bunch of well known assassins under him... So they give him the title. Think about chopper's bounty. That's certainly not representative of his power, but they don't actually know anything about him. Same as sogeking.
