What an insanely animated episode man, and I'm not even talking about Robin's bit. Usopp's bit is insane man. Tequila Wolf is such an interesting place and I love how after so many episodes of referencing the Revolutionary Army in the background, it's so freaking cool to see Robin find herself involved with them, even for a bit. Stuff is happening all around the world.

It’s technically not filler, but most of what you’re seeing isn’t shown in the manga so technically some of it is. All we get in the manga is a couple cover pages for each straw hat, which have no dialogue, so these episodes fill in a lot of context.
