Crystal Saber Dropped!
Added 2025-02-14 21:52:22 +0000 UTCThis is just the saber, not the crystals. You guys asked if I could release the saber so here you go. Pretty easy print, no effort at all. I also included 3MF files for Bambu for those who wanna do it in color.
There is also a basic sphere, roughly the size of the actual crystal for those of you who don't want to work with resin and are happy just printing a ball and inserting it.
Now listen up, because this next part is important!!!
There is a TPU ring that is designed to sit inside of the round opening and will grip your crystal when it is inserted locking it in place. You do not have to use this part. You can buy a foam gasket and glue it in place of the TPU ring if you're not familiar with working with that material, but if you do keep in mind tolerances. Perhaps use the ring as a guide. The TPU just works better and hugs the crystal perfectly.
