About: Hyuga Hinata is the heiress of the Hyuga Clan and a Sleeping Genius for the Clan. Once thought of as Timid and retiring, she has since blossomed upon graduating from the Academy, to the point where she has even managed to surpass her Cousin, the Branch Family's Genius, Hyuga Neji, in terms of raw ability and mission record. This is in large part thanks to her Father, Hyuga Hiashi's profile-raising regimen of the past two years. Hinata has been sent on several dangerous missions to further season her. This includes a mission into Hot Springs Country to reconnoiter the Shimogakure Presence in Hot Springs, which has been classified as an S-Rank Mission, along with an Assassination Mission into Wolf Country, which may have been related to the recent Change in Daimyo there.
Much of her file is classified, especially regarding specific abilities, but it is known she possesses great talent with the Jyuken (Gentle Fist), rivaling any practitioner in the Clan, as well as a talent for the use of the Byakugan. At the same time, she has been known to have successfully mastered the Nature Transformation Exercise for Earth and is likely to begin work on the Exercise for Water sometime soon.
Publicly, she claims partial credit for the bounty of Hsu Ching, the Mountain Rat, with her teammates, Aburame Shino and Inuzuka Kiba, as well as full credit for Taika, the Hidden Blade, and Taonga Arano of the Broken Lock from Jōmae Village, though the mission she claimed those bounties on is classified.
