Oldtown Meats: A Butcher Shop in Oldtown that boasts quality meat at decent prices. Recently taken under new management, though the Butcher, Frank, has been kept on.

Salon Bautista: A Family-run business, Ariel Bautista services clients in Manilla Alley, just like her mother did before her. The new owner understands the value of that to the community.

Quezon Laundromat: A Large Laundromat in Manilla Alley, the new owners make sure the machines don't break down and have even installed a few arcade machines for people to play while waiting for their laundry.

Konstantinos' Pawnbrokers: Originally opened by Greek Immigrant Hercules Konstantinos in 1948, when he passed away in 1988 it passed on to his cousin, Stavros Konstantinos who sold the business and retired. Konstantinos has been a fixture on the Dickson Docks for over four decades.

South Seas Dim Sum: Opened by a Chinese Chef named Chan Hai Shun in Manilla Alley, he passed it on to his only child, his daughter Cho Hai Shun who became a chef as well, only for her to make a few bad investments and require selling ownership, though she stayed on as Chef. Notable for their Haam Seui Gok which is made from Chan Hai Shun's Original Recipe.

Callahan's Car Wash: Located two blocks east of the famous Roisin Dubh Pub, operated by James Callahan for fifty years before it was sold off to a new owner to pay for James' retirement in Bermuda. A neighborhood staple, the locals are happy that the New Owner plans to not change a thing.

King's Used Cars: Jumping Jack King opened this used car lot in Oldtown in the seventies, notable for the various local television commercials featuring Jack King dressed in a faux crown and faux ermine cape that touted that his prices are so low he's jumping mad, the business had to be sold off to pay for Jumping Jack's medical expenses, as he recently contracted lung cancer from over twenty years of chain-smoking. The new owner hasn't raised the prices yet, thankfully.

Black Tiger Armor: Enchanted to be better than state-of-the-art armor, this True Jade and Godmetal Tiger Warrior Armor is made of Black True Jade, White Godmetal, and the Leather of some ancient, mystically potent beast. Combined with the Godmetal and Black True Jade Tiger Mask, and bearing enchantments of ancient potency, this updated look could withstand blows from even gods without breaking.

True Jade Knucks: Knuckledusters of silvered steel studded with true jade and bearing generic accuracy and damage-enhancing enchantments, these are one of the few rare weapons capable of harming a demon's true form, as opposed to the ectoplasmic husk they were summoned with.

Greater Talisman of Beasts: This jade amulet is carved in the shape of the mythic beasts whose patterns it holds. It allows Jackie to draw on various aspects of the beasts whose totemic patterns are stored within. The patterns stored inside are Black Tortoise of the North, Blue Dragon of the East, Vermillion Bird of the South, White Tiger of the West, and Yellow Qirin of the Center.

Enchanted Twin Butterfly Swords: A birthday gift from Jackie's Uncle Li, these blades are made of rippled steel with brass handguards and sharkskin grips. They are enchanted to cut deeper, be more accurate, and need less maintenance than normal blades of this make. They are also Chi-treated to better channel Chi through them with the Roaring Lion's Claws Dual Butterfly Swords Technique.

Godmetal and True Jade-Alloyed Storm Butterfly Swords: This Matched Pair of Godmetal Butterfly Swords is enchanted with the powers of the storm. They can cast lightning, expel fog, and even freeze opponents with hoarfrost on command. These blades are powerful enough to kill Gods.

Godmetal and True Jade Alloyed Dao of the Shadows: This Dao is not only made of mystically potent materials, not only can it kill Gods, but it also is enchanted to give the bearer enough command of the Shadows as if he were a Master-level Umbromancer.

Depleted Promethium Reinforced Kevlar Vest: This nondescript armored vest is lightweight, flexible, and easily concealable. The kevlar is reinforced with a mesh of depleted promethium wire, allowing it to tank hits from weapons that would blow through ordinary body armor, such as a coilgun or laser pistol.

Supertech Pistol: A six-shot coilgun pistol, this weapon is all brass and copper wiring, giving it a retro-futuristic look. Shots from this pistol are capable of punching through normal body armor and even some light cover.

Nemesis' Xiphos: The Orichalcum and Celestial Bronze Sword of the now-slain Greek Goddess of Divine Vengeance, this double-edged, twenty-one-inch, leaf-shaped, blade is supernaturally sharp, with the power to cut even a God.

Amanda Lau Talismans: These Five Talismans are carved of wood and inscribed with Mystical Chinese Seal Script. Two function as extra batteries for Mana, while one functions as a ward against mental Compulsions, one Functions as a ward against emotional compulsions, and one functions as a ward against possession, respectively. With a moderate amount of work and research, it may be possible to convert one of the Mana Batteries to hold Chi instead.

Chi Pills: An assortment of Chi Pills, from healing to Chi Replenishment, from Mana Replenishment to Smokescreens, from Memory Enhancers to Heat Blockers, and everything in-between.

Abjuration Spell Tags: These are meant to allow for a ranged exorcism, with tags capable of banishing demons ranging from lowly demonic spirits up to Dukes of Hell.
