You'll also note the Second Principality of Rasalhague in Ice Blue between the Lyrans and Combine. It's smaller than it would have been in canon due to independence coming a decade early.
Other changes from the Third Succession War, such as the FWL Conquest of the Duchy of Bithnia and the FedSuns Conquest of Tikonov, Arlington, Marlowe's Rift, etc are also added in. As is the Combine's takeover of Santander's World and Porthos.
