When Doucette pressed herself to Tapani Siiri, Solveig appeared on the deck. Both were staring at them with a judging look on their faces. Solveig was from Storhem, and she was a supporter of their old King. Solveig was for sure surprised after discovering Tapani pampering drunk Ahstad girl on the deck. Dulcinea was staring at Doucette; she could not understand what her sister was doing. What happened in the cabinet and aft-deck was not audible to the front cabinet. Old diesel was shouting so loud that all noises disappeared to the drumming.

Dulcinea was surprised to see her sister friendly with the enemies who captured them. Doucette made a good fight with enemies before they were able to give her sedative medicine. But, of course, these people were different from the soldiers who captured them. Mercenaries were more friendly. They gave them boots and some clothes. Also, hands were cuffed to the front. But still, Dulcinea was surprised to see Doucette leaning toward the Captain like they were on a romantic boat trip.
