2023-07-26 17:03:08 +0000 UTCWhat I think about the devil fruit appearing: Smiley is a gas weapon that had the form of an axolotl and was sentient so it probably got an axolotl fruit from caesar just like other weapons had a devil fruit (elephant sword from spandam). After smiley died eating the candy the devil fruit appeared again in the world waiting for someone else to eat it.
