hordy's henchmen took the drugs before fighting the princes because they knew that they couldn't beat them without them. it's a really cheap and dishonorable tactic. base princes >>base hordy and his henchmen imo. i don't usually powerscale but yeah xD that's how it always seemed to me

I could be proven wrong, but I don't think any live action adaptation is going to be as good or better than the original anime. Sure, there are some things to be gained with going live action, but you have to make a lot of sacrifices of things that only animation can do. My only hope/expectation is that the live action One Piece ends up being a 6.5/10 show and is enjoyable to watch for fun. I think the only live action adaptation that I think worked well was Scott Pilgrim, but that was technically from a comic and not an anime.

every time an anime is adapted to live action, it gets worse. I don't want to be hurt again by my own expectations, especially one piece :'( IMHO
