I like Derek a lot actually in these middle seasons. But there are times where he’s being a McAsshat lol. I do see both sides but she did deserve some credit.

I’m at least happy he acknowledged her contribution at the end and said he couldn’t have done it without her because she did get him to keep going at times he wanted to give up. It’s also ridiculous and offensive when he’s dismissing her feelings calling her emotional and silly. I was glad Bailey told him off.

Yes he’s the attending and the superior and did a lot of the work but he did it with her help. It’s not hard to understand why she’s mad. And she’s hardly being petty here. She should’ve gotten some credit! The problem is that the article doesn’t mention her at all.
