There was a hysterical pregnancy in glee. Not sure if that is what you remember it from but in s1 mr shues wife terri had a hysterical pregnancy and then went on to lie and say she was actually pregnant.

The story line with the patient who died thinking her entire relationship was a lie killed me. 😭 George stepping in to help Dr. Bailey with her son. I could never hate George. Meredith finally making the decision to officially start therapy after struggling for so long. 🥲
