Ughh Hahn, remembering how much I hated her on this rewatch lol she’s the worst! And her personal vendetta with Christina is all kinds of unprofessional bullshit. I’m also on Meredith’s side here. Lexie is one of my favorite characters in the entire series! And I get where she’s coming from, but Meredith “hating” her has nothing to do with her as a person. Lexie could be a saint, and Meredith would still have problems with her because of everything she represents—abandonment, paternal neglect, an abusive mother, isolation and emotional trauma lol Thatcher and Ellis fucked Meredith up psychologically. And Lexie is like a walking advertisement for Meredith’s trauma. So it’s gonna take some time for her to warm up here lol

Given everything Thatcher did last season, she finally allowed herself to bond with Susan just for her to die. So I get struggling to open up to Lexie. I think Lexie needs to back off a little bit and give her time to thaw. I forgot how much I despise Hahn. Christina bugs me, especially with how she talks to the interns but she not only loves Cardio, she is exceptionally good at it and Hahn is being so petty putting people who aren’t passionate about the specialty over the one resident who genuinely wants it to be their profession
