I am not a surgeon, so dont mind my severe ignorance here, but I feel that our group of 2nd year residents, who were just interns themselves the prior year, should not be responsible for their own group of interns. They are still babies fighting to get surgeries and learn as much as possible themselves. Also, what Izzy did was waste hospital resources on a deer.
