I love this episode. It just shows how much they’ve veered away from each other from a soul level. They were always different but still connected…by this time, they’re just disconnected and Emma pulls the plug because she knows he’s struggling deeply but now he’s hurting her. I love her character. She’s growing in her self at this point and I think the comments Dex made about her settling really sticks with her.
