I still think it's a little messed up that Elena took Stefan all over town, reminiscing about their relationship while he clearly falls for her, avoiding the topic of why they broke up, and then when they're about to kiss, she tells him she's with Damon. 😭 Even if he had no emotions attached to the situation, the entire point of this excursion was to make him recognize her importance in his life. When he realizes this, she pulls the rug out from beneath his feet. A wee bit twisted imo.
