It's not fair to make excuses for Rory because "she's a teenager" and then go hard on Dean when he is ALSO a teenager. They're the same age, and they should be given the same understanding. Neither is completely right or wrong. They're both making mistakes and it's both their faults imo

Dean on the other hand is just one giant red flag masquerading as the perfect boyfriend. Like the way he was yelling at and intimidating Rory (knowing full well that Jess just likes to mess with him). And the way Rory was so scared to tell him she'd lost her bracelet in the previous ep, like seriously, I can't believe as a mother Lorelei encourages this relationship!
