MILK SHAKE RECIPE

i use:
1. 200ml of sweet cream or sweet milk.
2. 300ml of milk
3. 1 banana
4. 1 donut
5. two spoons of cocoa powder.
6. 2 small spoons of sugar.
7. blend it all.
