The creators of the show asked Lea what she would like the last Rachel song to be and she didn't know so went to Darren and they decided it would be cool if he wrote a song for her. Lea said she was so emotional singing the song and her and Darren were just crying and hugging each other as Darren felt that it was an honour to have his song as the last Rachel solo lol. They are both so talented.
