I agree I actually think they have a lot of chemistry, and Monica is really mature for her age. The whole point is that they work despite the age difference - if you just get caught up on the way things "should be" and don't think there can be any exceptions/nonconformity, you'll never be able to evaluate the relationship on its merits.
