Step-by-Step: My Coloring Process for Illustrations
Added 2024-07-29 03:08:04 +0000 UTC12 images with explanations! I realized this is a very broad topic in which I'm unable to go into too much detail (especially Step 9) without getting carried away. Don't worry, I will eventually do a tutorial regarding how I color/render my comics! (Since I said it's different from my process for illustrations.)
I can also do rendering tutorials for specific bits (hair, clothing, muscles, etc.), so feel free to holler in the comments any time!
Edit: I noticed that some of the steps seem confusing (especially Step 5 in which you can't see what the colored linework looks like since I didn't think to hide the SHADOW layer π I apologize!! I made this guide WHILE working on the illustration, so there are slight errors.)
